  There was no hot water in the restroom, the tp (in the dispenser) was wet (how does that even happen?) and the waitress was really inattentive... we wound up calling the store several times before getting service. Never offered refills on our drinks, no one checked on how our food was. This place is definitely in need of a staffing overhaul.

  Had the Classic Burger and shared an appetizer called cheeseburger fries. Both were excellent. Even though it was very busy when we got there, we only had to wait about 5 minutes for a booth. Service was excellent even though we were having a little decision issues. The few staff that were there displayed great team effort. Perkins is a great place to go.

  The food took a bit to get to us and the waitress took a while to get a refill on the coffee. The thing that made it a five star was the waitress Daniella. She was the only waitress on duty but managed to make us feel like the only customers in a packed restaurant. Super attentive and as soon as she adjusted to the crowd, she was a machine. The food was hot and delicious and after that first lukewarm coffee pot refill the next three were hot and fresh. She managed the rush alone and with such a professional attitude. Had a smile on her face from start to finish. Will be returning soon and I hope i get her again as my waitress.
